Three ways to work together.
None of them means having me on site full time. Each runs as a series of focused sessions, with my own work and some homework for your team in between. The price is fixed and agreed before we start. Not sure which fits? Tell me what you’re facing and I’ll recommend one.
DEFINE
You start with an idea and a room full of opinions. Two weeks later, you know exactly what to build first, what to leave out, and why.
Together we pin down who you’re building for, what success looks like in numbers, and the smallest first version that delivers it. If your budget is fixed, that version is shaped to fit it.
You walk away with a blueprint your leadership and engineers read the same way, and a roadmap your team can start on the next morning.
Who it’s for
Operations heads, product leads and founders planning a new system, a new module, or software for a process that is still done by hand.
What we do
How it runs
One session most days, 1 to 4 hours depending on the step. The key people need to be there.
Short conversations with individual stakeholders, and walkthroughs of work in progress.
Research, workshop preparation, and building the personas, maps, mockups and roadmap.
Small tasks between sessions: sharing documents, lining up users, reviewing drafts, getting answers from colleagues.
A product blueprint everyone can read
One document that leadership and engineers can both act on: the real problem, what solving it is worth, what to build first, what to leave out, and in what order. If you still need to win the budget, you also have the case to take to finance or investors.
Go from “we have an idea” to “we know exactly what we’re building, what we’re leaving out, and why.”

Your system is live, but people avoid it, complain about it or work around it. In one week, you find out exactly why.
I look at the product, the process and the people, and I talk to the ones doing the work. You get every issue with its evidence and its cost to the business, sorted into Fix now, Improve next, Explore and Leave alone.
No more guessing, and no more paying for features that won’t fix adoption.
Who it’s for
Teams with a product, internal system or platform that people avoid, abandon halfway or find too complicated.
What we do
How it runs
A kick-off, 1 to 2 hour walkthroughs of the product with users and the team, and a final session to present the findings.
Short conversations with users and stakeholders about where things go wrong.
Reviewing the product, data and documents, and writing up every finding with its evidence and fix.
Giving access to the product, analytics and documents, and lining up the right people.
A diagnosis and a prioritised fix list
Every finding with its evidence, its cost to the business, a recommended fix and the effort involved, so you know what to fix first.
In one week, know exactly where your product is losing value, and what to fix first.

Hard product calls keep landing on your desk, and you want a senior outside view without hiring one full time.
Once a month, bring the decisions you’re stuck on. We work through them together, and you leave with clear answers and the reasoning behind them, written up so your team can act on them.
Your team keeps ownership of the build. You get the judgement.
Who it’s for
Product and operations leaders who make big product decisions regularly and want a sounding board who understands both the business and the technology.
What we do
How it runs
2 to 3 hours on the decisions you’re stuck on, with the people who need to be in the room.
Reading what you send beforehand, so the session goes straight to the decisions.
A short summary of each decision, the reasoning behind it and the next steps.
Sending the decisions and supporting material at least a week before each session.
Clear decisions, written down
Each session ends with the decisions made, the reasoning behind them and what your team should do next. Your team keeps ownership of the build: I don’t review code or run sprints.
A senior outside view on your hardest product calls, without a full-time hire.
Enquire about PARTNER“From” prices cover one team and up to three user groups. Larger or multi-department work is quoted after the first call, and the price is always fixed before we start.
What I do, and what I don’t
So you know exactly what you’re getting.
What I don’t do
- Produce screens to order, without the thinking behind them
- Build, code-review or manage your software
- Send in a team of juniors after the first meeting
- Push a particular software vendor or platform
- Run your sprints or your backlog day to day
What I do
- Work with you directly, from the first call to the final plan
- Get the business, operations, users and engineers to agree on one picture
- Tell you plainly what’s worth building, and what isn’t
- Tie every recommendation to a business number
- Hand over a plan your team can act on without me
